Jessica Scott BA Hons DipNT CNM mBant Having been a life-long lover of all things edible and the enjoyment food can bring I think it is fair to say my love of food came way before my love of nutrition! This means I constantly aim to make food as delicious as possible and will never sacrifice on taste or flavour. Having always been a keen cook I was lucky enough to spend 3 months at the world renowned Ballymaloe cookery school which is located on an organic farm by the coast in southern Ireland, here I was able to learn some wonderful cooking skills and see the food in its natural habitat miles away from anything processed, packaged or genetically modified. From this I embarked on a career as a private chef and caterer which took me to various corners of Europe and the Uk. I have since studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and have qualified as a Nutritional Therapist, I am registered with professional body BANT. Studying Nutritional therapy opened my eyes to a whole new way of eating and cooking, it made me realise that being healthy and nutritious does not have to be boring in fact it should be the opposite, exciting, empowering and life changing.
