Mango, Lime & Coconut Smoothie

Serves: 2
- 1 large ripe mango
- 1 small banana
- 3 tbsp designated coconut
- Juice of half a lime
- 10 mint leaves
- 200ml coconut water
- 8 ice cubes
- Peel and chop the Mango and banana
- Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender with 4 cubes of ice
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth and liquidized may take a few minutes.
- Add the remaining 4 ice cubes and blend for further 10 seconds
- Pour into glass and serve, particulary good with seeds scattered on top.
