Mango, Lime & Coconut Smoothie
Serves: 2
  • 1 large ripe mango
  • 1 small banana
  • 3 tbsp designated coconut
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 200ml coconut water
  • 8 ice cubes
  1. Peel and chop the Mango and banana
  2. Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender with 4 cubes of ice
  3. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and liquidized may take a few minutes.
  4. Add the remaining 4 ice cubes and blend for further 10 seconds
  5. Pour into glass and serve, particulary good with seeds scattered on top.
